About us
Last year, we found a problem. More and more people in Pakistan were choosing electric cars, but finding a place to charge them was hard.
Our story
Public chargers were few and far apart, and many drivers, especially those living in apartments, had nowhere to charge at home.
Every trip came with the same worry: will there be enough charge to get there and back?
At the same time, we noticed chargers at homes, hotels and offices sitting unused for most of the day.
That's where EVDost began. We wanted people to drive with ease and not be worried about a low charge. So we set out to build a simple way for drivers to find a charger nearby, and for the people who own those chargers to share them and earn from them.

دوست
Why "Dost"?
Dost means friend. The hosts on EVDost are usually people you've never met: verified people and businesses who have chosen to share their chargers. We want charging at their place to feel as easy and welcoming as charging at a friend's.
What we believe
Trust comes first
We check every host, keep addresses private, and make sure both sides can review each other.
Simple for everyone
Finding a charger should take a minute. No complicated steps, no jargon.
Made for Pakistan
Built around how we live: hosts can switch off during load-shedding, and drivers pay by Raast or mobile wallet.
Anywhere in Pakistan
EVDost works entirely online, so it works wherever you are. Anyone in Pakistan with a charger can list it, from a home in Peshawar to a hotel on the motorway, and any driver can find it.
The more hosts join in an area, the easier charging gets for everyone there. If you have a charger, you can help start your area's network today.
