Delete your EVDost account

You can delete your account in EVDost: Find EV Chargers (the EVDost Android app) or the EVDost web app, and the information linked to it, at any time: in the app, or by asking us here.

In the EVDost app or web app

Open the EVDost app, or app.getevdost.com, and sign in with your mobile number.
Go to Account.
Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away. If a charge is in progress, stop it first. If you still owe a host for a recent charge, please pay them first: if you delete with a charge unpaid, your mobile number can't be used for EVDost again until it is settled.

Without the app

Send the form on this page from the mobile number you use for EVDost, or tell us that number in your message. We may contact you on that number to confirm the request, and we complete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your name, profile, car choice and payout details.
Your charger listings, their photos and opening hours.
Any CNIC details and images from host verification.
Your push notification tokens and the people you've blocked.

What we keep, and for how long

Records of past charging sessions, payments and reports are kept without your name for up to 5 years, so we can handle disputes, fraud and legal claims.
Reviews you wrote stay on the other person's profile, shown as "Deleted user".
If an account was suspended for breaking our Terms, we keep a one-way hash of its mobile number and CNIC number so it can't sign up again. If an account is deleted with a recent charge unpaid, we keep a one-way hash of its mobile number until the charge is settled.
